Here I am again...
This post contains various stuff I hear at work and wish other people were around to witness the amazing things I hear on a day to day basis. This stuff is just epic. Too epic not to share, also because a certain someone gave me the idea to do this, thanks Bear! :)
In no particular order, I am going to try and explain some of the things I've heard at work, they made me laugh and hopefully you do too. Oh! These might also be very long, because I can't just give you quotes, NO! I have to give you short stories, that's the way Mayra works.
1. One of our co-workers was given a bag of Doritos as a gift awhile back and she still has them sitting on her desk. Another co-worker said "Years from now, after the apocalypse is over, and everything is destroyed the only thing left will be ancient artifacts and among those will be a bag of Doritos chips that Andrea never ate."
2. While discussing the bag of Doritos and the apocalypse, two of my co-workers were mentioning how they would survive the apocalypse. One said they would eat the Doritos bag to survive through it, another said "I'm gonna live off McDonalds fries during the apocalypse, those last forever." ... Hilarious!
3. The other day my brother and I (he works here too) went to Taco Bell, and they forgot to give us two of our tacos that went with our order (big surprise!). This made my brother super mad because he kept complaining that his tacos that were at home were going to get soggy while we went to pick up the ones they forgot to give us. Anyhow, we were at work and he was re-telling the "Taco Bell" incident to another co-worker and he said "You know this wouldn't of happened if we were rich, because first of all, we wouldn't be eating at Taco Bell, we'd be eating Filet Mignon..."
This is what I hear at work, a lot of assurance that... Yes, the struggle is very real out there for the people having to eat Taco Bell. Hmmmmmmmm...
Well, I had more to this blog but now I don't remember any of it. I actually wrote this many, many moons ago and left it as a draft so I could add more to it later, and later never came soon enough. ha!
So enjoy, those three things I found so amusing back then. lol
P.S. I don't know who I was referring to as "Bear", so thanks Bear, but I don't remember you now. ;)
Until next time! Have a great day!
