I Love Free Stuff....

So it has been awhile since I last posted so just to keep you in the loop, Rupert, my frog friend has disappeared. I regret to inform you guys that Rupert is either showing up at some other girl's house or he died because I haven't seen him in a couple of months.


Anyhow, back into the blogging groove, if I ever had one. This post came about because there has been some thoughts on my mind that I have been wanting to blog about but I just kept forgetting.



I've had a lot on my mind lately... one of the things is the saying:

"The best things in life are free..."

We've all heard it, we've said it, thought it, wrote it, facebooked it, tweet it... whatever, you get the point...
but have we actually put any thought to it??
Personally I have never thought about it... extensively...

but here I am extensively thinking about it...lol

So I mentally made a list of some of the things that are free and I consider "the best"... again... this is MY list ;)

• You know that feeling when you wake up in the morning & you stretch? Yeaaaahhh.... that feeling. It's the best! You wake up and then you stretch, then you feel like you can take on the world, or well, maybe not the world but at least take on the whole "getting out of bed part". I personally feel like "Stretch Arm Strong", all stretchy and strong. If you were a kid in the 90's or earlier, you'll get it, if you weren't then tough luck kid! (...Or you can just Google it!)... moving on.
• When you need to pee so bad and you're nowhere near a restroom, so it feels like your bladder is gonna explode and you start making promises to The Man Upstairs. Example: "If you can make me NOT pee on myself, I promise I'll be good for the next week." or  "Please God, don't let me pee my pants, I promise I'll do more community service." (but you aren't and you don't) then you keep it in your pants and you make it to a restroom on time and it's like "ahhhhh".... the best!
• When you wake up and you think you're late to work and boom! It's either the weekend or turns out you're super early and still have a few hours to spare. Happy victory dance!
• Sleeping in... and that's all I have to say....
• Days off from work.... are always the best... and well I can't really say they're free because you're not getting paid unless it's a holiday or vacation... whatever, I'll take any day off from work paid or not, THE BEST.... I SAY THE BEST... again.... lol 

 *Anything else I missed or not smart enough to come up with it on my own, feel free to let me know.


Side note: Been thinking of the phrase  "You can't have your cake and eat it"

I was seriously thinking about this quote and thought... "Seriously?!" You mean to tell me that if it was my birthday and I had some cake I won't be able to eat it? It just doesn't make any sense to me. What am I suppose to do? Buy a cake and then watch the neighbors eat it? It's whateves... I'll have a cookie and eat it instead. Alright, lunch time!
